The Ivy Legacy Foundation, the 501(c)(3) charitable arm of Rho Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. will host Philly's Men Are Cookin' - Philadelphia's Premier Celebration of Taste. Every year this event features the culinary creations of volunteer chefs, both amateur and professional, who prepare and serve their signature dishes for attendees to enjoy. This year's extravaganza, with more than 1,000 attendees, promises to be another extraordinary event!

For the twentieth anniversary celebration, we are returning to the Pennsylvania Convention Center, located at 11th and Arch Streets, in the heart of Center City Philadelphia. The Terrace Ballrooms at the Pennsylvania Convention Center will provide a stellar backdrop for the great food and lively entertainment that have become synonymous with Philly's Men Are Cookin'. Please join us at this exciting fundraiser from 8:00 p.m. until midnight on Saturday, November 19, 2011.

In recognition of our 20th year celebration, we will be honoring 20 stellar men from the Philadelphia community. These men have made outstanding contributions in the areas of Art, Education, Law, Business, Sports, Entrepreneurship, Religion, Politics, and Entertainment. We will also pay special tribute to those chefs who have participated in this event for more than 10 years.
